Owner and Proprietor Lynn Kashuba has over 30 years in the business as a Licensed Nail Tech with training from Empire Beauty School and Young Nails Anaheim California, as well as being Certified by many companies such as CND and Tammy Taylor. My Time delivers quality service for everyone looking to pamper themselves! Whether your preference is Natural Nails, Acrylics, or Gel of any species, My Time Nail Studio is ready to pamper you! ---------POLICIES--------- LATE ARRIVALS In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule and will lose their deposit. Please call if you will be a few minutes late. CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us within 48 hours prior to your appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations that break these rules are subject to a fee equal to 50% of your missed service. NO-SHOWS In the event that you miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your missed service. Multiple no-shows will result in a ban from booking in the future. DEPOSIT A $30 deposit will be required for most services. This deposit will go towards your service total. If you need to reschedule then the deposit will transfer to your next appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time a new $30 deposit will be required. Cancellations will forfeit their deposit, as will no-call no-shows. HEALTH CONCERNS For your comfort and safety, please notify staff of any concerns you may have so we can accommodate you to the best of our abilities. Do not be afraid to speak up before or during your appointment if you are experiencing discomfort or any other symptoms, and please inform of us any allergies we need to be aware of while performing your service. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Our salon has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly or who puts the health and safety of the staff and clients at risk. Thank you for your cooperation.
